How ‘Arrested Development’ has taken on a new meaning in Australia

In a world where ‘Arrow’ is the hottest TV show of all time, and the latest episode of ‘Supergirl’ has already sold over 1 million copies, it’s a wonder the movie rights to the show weren’t handed to Warner Bros., who have been working to get it on DVD and Blu-ray.

A few weeks ago, we were able to speak with ‘Archer’ star and producer Michael Parks about his latest project, ‘The New Adventures of Archer’.

“Archer” is a sci-fi thriller set in a futuristic Australia where a group of scientists have been studying alien life and it seems the only way to get aliens to show up is to bring them here.

“It was a challenge for us, to be honest,” Parks said.

The cast includes Will Arnett, Kevin Costner, Amy Acker, John C. Reilly, and James Franco.

And Parks is no stranger to the sci-Fi genre, having written a number of films, including “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies”.

“I’ve been in the industry for a long time,” Parks continued.

“I think ‘Armed’ and ‘Archie’ are probably my favourite films of all-time.”
